Following graduation from college art school in the spring of 1973 (BFA Studio Art), I landed a job in the headquarters ad department of AMC Theaters, the largest movie theatre chain in the world.

It was a start.

After five years of advertising to consumers, I entered a B2B sector of marketing communications where an industrial niche became my sweet spot – teeming with purpose, travel and a fair bit of adventure. I spent the remainder of my career there.

Retiring in 2018, I moved my lifelong fondness of painting and music to the front burner, back to where it began during my elementary school years.
